1. __Count Calories at least 4 days of the week- under 1500 calories ____________________________
2. __Work out 5 days of the week minimum - only 2 rest days_______________________________
3. __Avoid sweets - chocolate, cookies, cakes ____________________________________________________
4. __Eat out only 3 times a week or less, not including coffee or smoothies. ______________________________________________________
5. __Plan out meals for the day/week____________________________________
Narrative Statement (how will your life look when you reach your goal) _____Once I reach this goal I will have more confidence in my body for the summer months and look better in a swimsuit. ________________________________________
What obstacles will you need to overcome to reach this goal?
____To reach my goal I will have to over come wanting to eat unhealthy food, craving sweets and still going to the gym on days I don’t want to.
I deserve this goal because:
_______ Every girl deserves to feel great about her body! But only those who work for it get it. I am ready to work for it. I spend so much time on my education; if I spent that much time on my health I could be a body builder. I deserve to be proud of my body and my body deserves for me to spend the effort on my health. _
